How Should I Gather My Files
Using Quark XPress?
Use the Collect for Output feature:
1. Open the QuarkXPress document, then go to File>Collect for Output
2. Create a new folder as the destination, name this folder for your company and the date
3. Make sure you are collecting the file, images, and fonts
4. click "Collect"
5. Verify that the layout file and all the images and fonts are included in the new destination folder.
6. using Stuffit or some other archiving utility, archive this entire folder and it's contents.
