How Should I Gather My Files?
You must provide your layout file as well all fonts and images associated with the file. To do this, we recommend you make a new folder on your hard drive, place copies of the necessary files into this folder, then stuff or zip the folder for transfer. Name the resulting compressed file with your company's name/initials and the version/date of the submitted file.
(For example: VHH_newseltter_jun08.sit)
Most desktop publishing applications have an automatic way of gathering files. The below links outline how to use this feature. Other software may have a similar feature available. Check your user manual for more information.
