Hi Res PDF Files: We do accept Hi Res PDF files. Please make sure that when the PDF file is created it utilizes CMYK / Spot Colors, has all the fonts embedded, and has at least 1/8" bleed and crop marks that are offset at least 1/8" from the trim edge.

Layout Files: We recommend using professional page layout software such as Quark Express or Adobe InDesign. All fonts (MAC compatible) and linked graphics must be provided, and we require 1/8" bleed on all trim edges.

We will also accept vector graphic files for page layout such as Adobe Illustrator, as long as you convert all type to outlines or send all the necessary MAC compatible fonts.

We do not recommend Adobe Photoshop page layouts with body copy. You should use Quark Express or Adobe InDesign. If you do submit a Photoshop document for layout, YOU MUST INCLUDE 1/8" BLEED on each edge (increasing height and width by 1/4").

Multi-page layouts (more than one front and one back side) submitted in programs other than Quark Express or Adobe InDesign may incur additional processing time and fees.

Images: Please, Do Not Submit RGB Photos or Graphics. Images used in your layout should be set to the proper color separation – full color photos and images should be saved as CMYK, spot color graphics should separate apropriately, and images that are printing in black ink only should be set to grayscale.
